The Mirror DAO continues to expand its community. Over the last two months, core contributors have identified the need to appoint a contributor to support community management.

As an experiment, we propose creating a part-time community manager role for the next 3 months (from the date of this proposal approval) and asking Tian, an active contributor to the Mirror community, to step into this role.

Tian runs the Mirror Curator DAO which curates entries and writers on Mirror. He has been answering questions in general and Chinese Discord channels since even before the DAO was kicked-off.

Tian would serve the Mirror DAO for a three-month period beginning when the vote passes. The role would be as a part-time community manager with an expected investment of 10-20 hours per week.

The part-time community manager would focus on:

1. Providing product support
2. Curating entries
3. Moderating the Chinese community
4. Supporting with any other urgent community operations

As compensation, the appointed contributor (Tian) would be provided 1500 USDC per month from the Community Treasury as compensation and 1 $WRITE token (transferred at the end of the first month) for the Season.
